Today in band we learned our second note! Can you believe it? It only took 8 weeks to teach two notes. I am so frustrated with the fourth graders! How did I end up with a class full of boys that would rather burp and fart in class than learn how to play music?!

I share your frustration. I don't remember progress being quite so slow as it has been with my students so far this year.
